By using the platform and website www.maximummmo.com then you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. - General
This agreement shall govern the provision of services offered on www.maximummmo.com as well as your use of the platform.
These services are intended for and may only be used by individuals who are over the age of 18.
This website is owned and operated by Mistelle Limited which are located in Ithakis 40, Strovolos, 2058, Nicosia, Cyrpus.
- Access to the platform
If you wish to have full access to www.maximummmo.com and the platform then you will need to create an account with www.maximummmo.com in accordance with the registration process. Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent an email confirming your registration and you will be given full access to www.maximummmo.com and the platform which you can gain by logging in to your account.
We have the right at our sole discretion to refuse to grant you access to the platform or any of the services provided.
Kindly be advised that you may be asked to provide additional verification as part of the registration process.
All users shall be solely responsible for keeping the username and password of their account confidential and secure at all times. Users should inform us immediately of any unauthorised access to their account. Users will be responsible for all activity that takes place on their account, and we will presume that all activity and orders being placed on a certain account will be performed by you unless we are informed of a suspected breach to your account.
Each person is limited to one account on www.maximummmo.com. No account may be created on behalf of another person. In the event that we discover that a fraudulent account has been made, then we will immediately suspend this account and we reserve the right to explore further remedial action.
- Sales
All buyers acknowledge that there is a risk that the relevant game developer may modify their games at any time which may make some currencies no longer viable. In this event we shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
- Sell To You
All sellers must represent, warrant and acknowledge that they have procured all necessary permission, rights, licenses and approval from any relevant third parties before they sell to www.maximummmo.com. Sellers must also agree that they will honour and perform all sales contracts and deliver the items in a timely manner.
- Payments
All payments must be made in advance of any goods being delivered and must be made in full. All invoices will be sent to the customers email account along with delivery of the goods or delivery instructions for cases where the items that they have purchased are to be delivered in-game.
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment platform and Visa payments accepted.

6. Refunds
www.maximummmo.com only offers refunds in the unlikely event that your goods are not received following the transaction.
If you wish to cancel a transaction after purchase, please notify us immediately. If the goods have already been delivered a refund will only be issued in our discretion.
7. Use of the platform
When users use this platform then they agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this document and they will be granted a non-exclusive non-transferable right to use and access this platform.
Users will not attempt to copy, redistribute or recreate any part of the www.maximummmo.com platform or rent, lease, modify or otherwise copy any of the services which have been made available here.

All customers understand there may be times that the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance work and we make no warranty that this platform will be available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold www.maximummmo.com and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties , liabilities and/or any other expenses, including any legal fees which arise under this agreement including from or in connection with negligence, omission, and/or a breach of this agreement on your part.
12. Termination
We may immediately terminate this agreement and your account with www.maximummmo.com in writing if you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement and such a breach is not remedied by you within a period of 30 days.
13. Variation
We have the right at any time to add, delete, amend or modify this agreement or any part of it in order to impose new terms and conditions to reflect any changes or updates to our services.
